Terms of service
The owner of the online store Bloom Room OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Bloom Room OÜ (registry code 14300800), located at Tööstuse 47a, Tallinn, Estonia.
The terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products.
A fee for shipping is added to the price. All prices for goods sold in the Online Store are in euros.
The shipping cost depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method.
The shipping cost is displayed when the buyer places the order.
Product information is provided immediately next to the products in the Online Store.

Placing an Order.
To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping cart.
Fill in the required fields and choose a suitable delivery method to complete your order.
If the selected product is out of stock, click “Make a Pre-Order” and contact us via our WhatsApp chat.
All bouquets available for immediate purchase can be found in the “Available Now” menu.
Additional items, such as “Gifts”, are located in a separate menu.
You can review the items in your cart before placing the order.
If you wish to include a card with your bouquet or provide instructions for the courier, please fill in the fields “Notes” and “Courier Instructions”.
The total cost will be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
• Estonian bank transfers
• Finnish bank transfers
• Latvian bank transfers
• Lithuanian bank transfers
• Visa/Mastercard payments
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
Note! When paying via a bank link, please click “Return to Merchant” on the bank’s page.
Payments are processed through Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment — through the bank’s secure environment for bank link payments and Maksekeskus AS’s secure environment for card payments. The seller does not have access to the client’s bank or credit card details.
The contract enters into force upon receipt of the payment amount in the Online Store’s account.
The Online Store owner is the responsible processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to stock running out or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the notification.
Shipping and Delivery Area.
Goods are delivered to the following areas: Tallinn, Viimsi, Haabneeme, Tiiskre, Laagri.

The shipping cost is paid by the buyer and displayed next to the selected delivery method.
We offer same-day delivery.
Bouquets for delivery are sent in protective packaging, with water if necessary.
Settlement of Disputes
All complaints about the Online Store must be submitted via email or phone.
A buyer may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
